Fairy Godmother Costume ideas?

I want to dress as the Fairy Godmother on Disney's Cinderella. I have a blue cloak, but I'm not sure whatelse to do with the idea. Any body have some helpful hints?

That's about it, isn't it? Maybe blue shoes and a wand with a star on the top. You might sing Bibbitybippityboo at lot, but that would get old and annoying real quick. (If I was dressing like her, I'd carry around a big clock set at 10 til midnight, too.)
