Your not supposed to rinse the pasta.
It is much better if you let everyone spoon their own sauce over the pasta, if thats possible.

I do rinse my pasta off, and then add a little bit of olive oil to them and toss it through so the noodles don't stick. I let everyone add their own sauce, as some like more and others like less.

never rinse your pasta then the sause won't stick to it. and i mix a lil sauce with all the pasta then i put a spoon full on everyones

I like to rinse it, and I never just dump the sauce all over the noodles. The sauce has a tendency to dry out when that is done.

No rinse and mix the sauce in the pan-unless there's company so they can chosse how much sauce.

we always rinse...
and i prfer to mix it all together but the family likes scooping....so i guess it depends.....
with any other pasta and sauce i mix it all together in a casserole dish spread shredded cheese on top then some crushed frenched fried onions...and bake it so the cheese melts and it's a lil crispy
