I believe I read that the monies that he earned from the Harry Potter movies were put into a trust for him and when he turns 18, he has access to the money.

harry potter will get that money because he is a minot=r and will be able to ask for more money when he is an adult. But no matter what he does, the poor kids= will forever be known as "Harry Potter" .
