Have you tried full strength bleach on the spot? I'm assuming it is a 100 percent cotton shirt. If full strength doesn't work, you'll have to get another shirt and cut the stained one up for cleaning cloths. Been there & done that!

Spray 'n Wash Stain stick = the best stain remover I've ever used.
Make a paste of water & a powdered laundry detergent w/ enzymes (e.g. Tide). Wet the stain & apply the paste. Allow it to sit for 30 mins. to an hour. Wash in warm water. Air dry and make sure the stain is completely gone before drying it in a clothes dryer.

I don't think there is a lot of hope now that the bleach hasn't helped. I like a good name brand stain remover Shout or one like that. Best used when spot is fresh. Hardly ever fails me.

It sounds like the stain is well and truly set :-(
But since the shirt is probably ruined anyway you can always try soaking in napisan powder for 24 hours and then washing, resoaking and rewashing...
Hope this helps,

Try using dishwasher detergent,if you have powdered type, then add a little water to make a paste and apply that ,rub it in and add a little white vinegar and see if that helps.
You can try rubbing alcohol & and few squirts of dish detergent, and rinse.
Another on is ammonia, 1 capfull rub in and rinse. Hope this helps.

You can try using Iron out in the washer. (Follow directions carefully! Iron Out and water form a dangerous gas so do it in the washer, not by hand.) If that doesn't work, it is truely a stain. A spot, you can get out, a STAIN won't come out.
