find something that will relax you..read, sleep, listen to music..get away from whatever it is thats causing your nerves to act up. take a long hot shower, drink a beer..that will help relax you.

I do what Lynn C does. Milk seems to help a lot but prayer is even better.

I breath in and out REALLY slowly...the slower I breath the more brain cells I seem to get back and my heart beat slows down.
