just deciding on a simple life and you felt so much more relieved and happier as a person?
OR did you eventually feel bored and go back to your list of goals, accomplish them gradually, overcoming ANY obstacles in your path even tho you had to pay a price? was it worth it?

I threw my hands up and decided that simple is better and yet here I am online. Which this indicates to you that I still do not have that simple of a life as I get all tied up on a machine instead of just reading a good book and cuddling in my bed after helping children all day.

No, it wasn't worth it. I may have taken longer than some others to learn this lesson, but then we often learn at our own pace.

Ironically and since I work with the public, I find that many of the things that people want aren't genuine. By this I mean that these are social conceptions of how one should live their lives, what they should do, how they should do it, etc. These are often people who are largely unhappy.

Most shoulds defy any logic or sound reasoning, but we have shoulds nonetheless.

Yes, I'm in the process of completing my goals. Life seems so hard right now, but I'm determined. A little bit of vision and "game" goes a long way. Don't ever lose hope, I'd rather die than lose hope. :)

Attraction yes, inappropriate come-on? No.... it might not affect you too positively in the workplace. Even if it does temporarily ;) Good luck with this one.
