yeah damn those iraqis who bombed NY... you are sure going to show them...
- Fear and control is why you are in the Mideast - most non-idiotic people know you can't stop terrorism by waging a war
the guy below me just doesn't have a clue...
Terrorism isn't about the number of attacks, it is about creating terror - they don't need to attack as you are so petrified of it you have to spend billions of dollars and make life harder for yourselves through tough security
- they are trying to bring you down to their level, and they have succeeded.
When you drop your guard they will strike again to make sure you don't ever feel comfortable.
You can't beat terrorism through force - this has NEVER worked in history....

whether people agree with the war or not, they can't argue the fact that in 6 years, there have been no more successful terrorist attacks on US soil..... the extra vigilance & striking back has given that result.....

i agree with you 100%...i,m british...and i,m sorry..but i must say this..each war you Americans fight is double sided...you fight the enemy..and you fight yourselves..the soldiers from vietnam were treated as lepers...how will you treat the soldiers coming home from this conflict?????
