a million. The English wanted a payoff for all that money they laid out to guard colonists during the war. a thank you to get tha money? strengthen taxes and raise them the place you could collect them, on the ports. 2. lifeless Indians recommend a greater secure frontier, Colonists could see their taxes going up, on an identical time as they have been now no longer receiving the comparable point of amenities (protection from French and Indians.) The Colonists had short thoughts, like maximum publics. 3. much less Indians meant that the colonists have been gazing the frontier. much less Frenchmen meant that English retailers have been gazing grabbing a greater decrease of the fur commerce with the Indians. So the the targets of the two communities have been now no longer the comparable, you would be able to evade the different. they could have been united interior the war, yet submit war their fortunes have been now no longer in tandem. Now my solutions might no fit your framework, yet I see the Revolution as being first of all an economic and potential conflict, via fact the ideologies of maximum Englishmen and Colonists have been on the factor of the comparable. The colonies could have had a greater acceptable proportion of radicals and the sons of quasi-exiles, however the divisions and comments approximately issues like political potential and freedom weren't that diverse from the comparable instructions in England.

I really don't have the time to give you much info, but I will suggest you do a bit of research on Mercantilism.

The European powers looked upon colonies as:
1 - a source of treasure
2. - a source of raw materials for manufacturing
3. - a market for manufactured goods

Colonies were also a source of friction between the powers.

Do some research on Mercantilism and it might help.

Good Luck.

well until you see the documents and outline will be useless, your essay will depend on what the DBQ asks. Have a clear concise thesis statement in your opening paragraph. Group your documents well. Include outside information and points of view about the documents, who wrote it, what is it, when was it written, where, why, and don't make big factual errors
