Look away every couple of minutes. Focus on something more than three feet from you. When you look at a computer screen, you don't blink so your eyes dry out. Look away and get some drops. Sunglasses would just strain your eyes, not help them.

I splash mine with cold water from time to time. Get up and do stuff around the house for 5 minutes, refocus your eyes.

do eye exercises ... spin them around in circles, and make sure you look at every corner of your eye. Just take breaks.
