Well, I have a few (understatement) pounds to loose, so all the items you have mentioned are bad for me but.... when I did not consider these foods enemy, the ketchup I liked was Hunts, Mustard was a Polish product called Kosciuszko, bread was Polish Rye bread and I never liked any syrup.
