Would you take this apartment?

Question

Me and my husband stay in a room in boarding house now but we have the oppurnity to move into his uncle's garage which they have made into an apartment but it's kind of small and you can hear the water heater, but it does have a sitting area and a bedroom and a bathroom in it plus we have total access to the kitchen. But they have 5 kids who live in the house who I'm sure will be annoying as well. ANd the rent isn't bad. So would you take it or not?

unless you really, really, really LOVE his uncle and the family, DO NOT MOVE THERE!!!! Look in the papers for your area- there are usually people with PRIVATE apts. for rent either in their basement, above a garage or even a separate unit in the rear of the house which are usually cheaper than a "regular" apt. in a complex. Not having your own kitchen???? No Way!
