Surely you mean answer in units of m.
First lets get the y displacement:
D(y) = 31sin44 = 21.5344m
Then:
D(x) = 47 + 31cos44 = 69.2995m
Magnitude:
M = √(21.5344^2 + 69.2995^2) = 72.568m
