Talk to your doctor and ask him to refer you to a surgeon. He will likely know some doctor that he has heard good things about that does this kind of surgery. This is no time to do some price shopping. You need the best. Always check with your insurance. With something like breast reduction surgery, there is always a chance they will claim it is cosmetic. Always get it in writing what they will pay.

First you want a board certified plastic surgeon. Do research. When you find several, find out how long they have been certified. Ask how many they have done. You could have several consultations. Call them and ask what insurance they take. I am not sure what tricare is...
