As all people in the Netherlands do get English in school, and most speak it at a reasonable level, I do not think there are many ESL jobs.
Those that do exist are mostly filled by people who already live in the Netherlands, who already have work permits and all paperwork sorted.

To work on a Dutch school your Dutch should be close to perfect. To work on an international school in the Netherlands you might still need some or much Dutch.

I hope you find the job you hope for, but I think the chances are small.

try http://www.undutchables.nl and http://www.expatica.com/source/jobs_listing.asp?subchannel_id=169&country=Netherlands&type_of_job=Education

You might find some leads there but I also agree with Willeke... Always worth a try though! Good luck!

http://jobsearch.monsterboard.nl is the biggest Dutch jobsearch site but it's in Dutch
