It's not mathematically possible. There are about 300 million people in the US, which would mean about 6 million per year or over 16 thousand a day! Even Judy isn't that fast.

Within 50 years Judge Judy will be dead (seriously, she's old) so I doubt every person in America will have appeared on Judge Judy.

If they have not appeared on Judge Judy then they will reappear without a conscious, or they will dissapear without affection towards who sent them there

LOL....good question.
I for one would not want to appear on Judge Judy.
I think with her outbursts, rolling of the eyes, and constant interruptions, she would make me cry.

I'm not 50, but, I'm getting up there and I haven't been on there ..... as of yet!!!!
I do know someone thats been on Judge Joe Brown though!!!
