the best love poem I've ever heard is Shakespeare's Sonnet 116.
Here it is :

Let me not to the marriage of true minds
Admit impediments. Love is not love
Which alters when it alteration finds,
Or bends with the remover to remove:
O no! it is an ever-fixed mark
That looks on tempests and is never shaken;
It is the star to every wandering bark,
Whose worth's unknown, although his height be taken.
Love's not Time's fool, though rosy lips and cheeks
Within his bending sickle's compass come:
Love alters not with his brief hours and weeks,
But bears it out even to the edge of doom.
If this be error and upon me proved,
I never writ, nor no man ever loved.

Annabelle Lee is a sarcastic poem, Poe furthered this by using the most childish rhyme scheme of any of his poems!

Anyway the BEST Love poem is Victor Hugo's
"Demain des L'aube"
Which he wrote about visiting the grave of his son.

Here's a crappy translation:
Tomorrow, at dawn
In the hour when the countryside bleaches,
I will leave.
You see, I know that you await me.
I will go by the forest, I will go by the mountain.
I then am to remain far from you for a long time.

I will walk the eyes fixed on my thoughts,
without anything to see with the outside,
Nor hearing any noise,
Only, unknown, the curved back, crossed hands,
Sad, and the day for me will be like the night.

I will not look at the gold of the evening which falls,
Nor the veils that descend far towards Harfleur.
And when I arrive, I will put on your tomb
A green bouquet of houx and heather in flower.

My luv is lak a red, red rose,
Thats newly sprung in June.
My love is like a melody,
That is sweetly played in tune.

So fair thou art my bonnie lass,
So deep in luv am I,
I will luv thee still my dear
When a' the seas gang dry.

Til' a' the seas gang dry my luv,
And rocks melt wi' the sun.
And I will luv thee still my dear
While the sands of live shall run.

So fare thee well my bonnie lass
Fare thee weel a while.
You know that I'll come back some day
Though it were ten thousand mile.

Robert Burns

Heiland Mary, and Flow Gently Sweet Afton are good as well, but I don't know them by heart.

How do I love thee? Let me count the ways.
I love thee to the depth and breadth and height
My soul can reach, when feeling out of sight
For the ends of Being and ideal Grace.
I love thee to the level of everyday's
Most quiet need, by sun and candle-light.
I love thee freely, as men strive for Right;
I love thee purely, as they turn from Praise.
I love thee with a passion put to use
In my old griefs, and with my childhood's faith.
I love thee with a love I seemed to lose
With my lost saints, --- I love thee with the breath,
Smiles, tears, of all my life! --- and, if God choose,
I shall but love thee better after death.
