I grew up without computers, TV, or even radio. We had a lot of good times with family laughing and talking. Much better relations than now. Always found something to do.

no, not really, but I do remember when there were really old monitors and computers and the expansion of new technology today! Without mine, I'd would probably have to do all my homework by hand and search every single answer the teachers gave us in a book! I don't mind reading at all, but with how fast pace the world is now, I don't think I have the time to go through the whole book to get only a couple of answers!

Oh yes, I do remember! I went to school when the smallest calculator was the size of half a sheet of notebook paper....yep, that's ancient, huh?? lol
Good ole' pencil and paper and figuring on your fingers was good enough for all the teachers! I could do well without my computer, I think. I only got a cell phone about 6 months ago!

yep. I remember when there were no computers, no cell phones, no CD's (we had cassettes) no MTV, no playstation ;)
We played outside, or watched tv, before cable there were only like 5 channels so you had to use your imagination and find fun things to do.
I could live without all of it, but the computer... wish we would have had it when I was in school, I probably would have made even better grades!

I remember the days when one computer took up an entire floor of a building. We've come a long way since then!

Sure,I was about 14 when Dad got his first Apple. We didn't suffer from the lack of one. Since the net didn't exist, you couldn't have used one before then anyway,at least not like we do today. It would have beeen like owning a tv in 1935. They did make them. There just wasn't anything being broadcast, except a few hours a day in NYC.

Yes I can, almost. I suppose there were computers around when I was a kid but I was not aware of them. They were mainly used in offices I guess. If I didn't have my computer, I 'd probably be watching TV, reading or writing letters.

Yes, I do remember life before PC. It was different.
Without a computer, the main thing was TV.
Now I hardly watch TV.
If there were no PC, I guess it would be back to the TV.

I remember the days when people didn't have phones.
To answer the second part listening to live radio shows.I think it's a shame the youth of today missed the world as we knew it.
