I do that too. But I find that by doing that I discover things that most people don't. Don't be so sure over analyzing is a bad thing. If you really want to stop then you have to not care about the situation too much, that way you have no desire to analyze at all.

i agree with Beth, but you also have to remember that there mostly is a reason behind certain behaviour. you might be afraid to let go of the fact that these things you analyze are not important. you might fear what these things could do, if you don't know by analyzing.
that is to say, knowing things is also a way of trying to control them. consider that when you try to stop and try to find out reasons for your fear, if there is any.

By learning to be in the here and now.
Focus on doing the task at hand.Be in the present.
It's like a form of meditation. If you're walking ,concentrate on walking.Never mind how you look walking or any of the unnecessary thoughts.Just walk and learn to enjoy the walk you are taking.
It takes a while but you can do it!

Whats black has an opposite of white , whats up has an opposite thats down , its good is bad , it's wrong is right ,,,it's known as yen and yang when you think it all the way threw there is an opposite an exact opposite every circle has one , so if you want to really analize something keep in mind the opposite is also true ,, no matter what it is , without yang yen cant exist ,,they are one , what I'm saying is that you can never get it right , without also getting it wrong ,,

Find a new hobby. One where you stop worrying so much about other people and worry about yourself.
If you start going to the gym, you'll worry about your body and your progress so much, it will soon become all about you. Let everybody else do their thing. You do yours.
