update #2
1 The Adventures of Ozzie and Harriet
2 Keeping up Appearances
3 Wanted Dead or Alive
4 Hetty Wainthropp Investigates
5 Mighty Isis
6 The Doctor, Who else? I think you mean the episode named Logopolis, but it aired in 1981, and that would be The Doctor and The Master (along with the Watcher, Tegan, Adric, and Nyssa)
No idea about the bonus.

Ahhh! Part of age, I know a portion of these, yet I cannot pull the names to the forefront of my brain!!
Number 5 has got to be Isis.
Number 6 is Quantum Leap
Number 3 - the Rifleman ?
Number one - I can even see them in my head, but cannot remember the name of the show - and they were the "boy band" type of guys for their time even!
Oh well - I did my best.
