any ideas?

my boyfriend plays soccer and the soccer team is playing our school's biggest rival. it's the one game that he most wanted me to come and watch him play, but unfortunately i have to work. the game begins and ends while im working. this game is really important and i really want to make it up to him. any ideas?

If at all possible see if there is anyway you can get time off work for the game. See if someone will cover for you, etc.

If you absolutely can not get off work. Just spend some time with him when you do get off work and tell him how upset you are for missing his game.
