no wonder they won a couple super bowls.. man i thought the pats were good but i guess there cheaters now

I have lost so much respect for the Patriots organization over this whole thing. I can't believe that they have been cheating in games, this isn't even the first time, Green Bay pointed this out last season in their game with the Pats but nobody believed them. Personally I think the NFL needs to give the win to New York, ban New England from the playoffs this season no matter what their record is, take a few draft picks away from them if not all, and then give them a huge team fine.

No. The whole patriots didn't did this, Coach Bill Belichick did. Other Patriots players or workers there (not including the employee that was videotaping it) have nothing to do with it. Why would the President of the New England Patriots would risk a whole bunch of money and rep for this?

Guys, the Pats were caught cheating by the Lions, Packers, and Jets. These teams suck, but it is also VERY, VERY possible that they also cheated against other teams, most notably, Colts, Eagles, Chargers, Rams (in their first Super Bowl).
We don't know of course, but if we're going to bury Barry Bonds for something we're not sure of then why aren't we doing it to the Patriots? Bonds passed all the required drug tests, he's only suspected of taking steriods. The Patriots are actually GUILTY. Kinda hypocritical.

Is everybody that answered this question new to NFL football? You act as if you'd be surprised to hear that NFL players have used steroids. What the Patriots did has been going on forever...and is legal if they had not been taping it. They are not the first team to be accused of this, nor are they the only ones who do it.
I'm not a Patriots fan, but for all of you to act surprised is ridiculous. As for cheating...that's part of all sports. Biting, pulling hair, blah, blah, blah........what do you think penalty flags are thrown for?

They don't have to. That's why what they did is so stupid. I hope it costs some draft picks. The NFL is not going to make them forfeit.
