If your contract is completed, go to the store and explain to them that you are willing to sign a new contract, but you need new phones. If they are not willing to assist you, you will be more than willing to take your phone numbers and your business to another carrier!
When they see that they can either treat you as a new customer or a lost customer, they should give you the new phones. If they do not, ask for a manager. If the manager does not help, take your business elsewhere!!!

check out internet authorized dealers for upgrades. I suggest going to wirefly.com and checking out the deals for upgrading phones. They offer better deals (lots of free phones) than at&t. Another way of getting a great deal is to call 611 (customer support) and complain. It is also 18003310500 from a home phone. It may sound harsh, but tech support has the ability to sell you a blackberry for free if they want. You can do this by simply threatening to cancel and seeing what type of deal you can get.

You can check out the following website and see what they will offer for an upgrade to a family plan. They have lots of free phone deals but if it is not free for upgrading, they have some of the best deals online.

Talk to the retention dept. at AT&T and threaten to move to another carrier and they do anything to stop people from switching and they will gladly give you the same deal as new customers as long as you sign a new contract. Remember ask for the retention department. Good luck.

They should have phones for a good price. Go to the store and ask them to show them to you.
You could move to another carrier. Then you will be a new customer.
You can ask on Mobile2Mobile too.

Well, if your contract is up, then you can sign a new one and then you may get one lower price. Either way, you have to sign a new contract if you get a new phone.

if you have insurance on your phone, toss it in the pool, and if you call the company, they'll send you the upgrade for like, fifty dollars.
