The list of locations are on this ICBC site. Also the information you can bring to replace it. The one closest to that area is

Drivers Services Centre
800 Hornby Street
or
4126 MacDonald Street

You can either replace a BC drivers license, get one if the old one wasn't from BC or a BCID.

Best place to start is with your driver's license. That will provide you with one piece of photo ID. You can apply for a new passport - but that can take several months. Did you report the theft to the police? Sometimes you get lucky and the person who took your wallet will take the money from it but drop the empty wallet in the mail box and Canada Post will return it to you, free of charge.
If you had a library card, cancel it, just as you cancelled all your credit cards. The latest scam is for someone to use your library card to take out DVDs and CDs (you can take out up to 50 on one card) and sell them at the flea market. Meanwhile, you are responsible for replacing the 50 items they took out on your card. So make sure your library card is cancelled too!

Immediately report the loss of any 'official' ID to the police. They will put the information on CPIC (Canadian police database). That way if something happens and you need the ID, the police asking you will find your report on their computer. As for getting replacements, contact the agency that issued the ID right away and arrange for new ones. Good luck!
