Religion... people in the catholic religion pay what... like 10% of their earnings to support a CHURCH, where thousands of little boys are molested every year? Not only that, i believe the bible was the best story ever written, and a good enough list of morality to live by, but i believe that every word of it is fiction. We shouldnt have to pay to keep something to believe in. it should be in our hearts, alone... the bible even says... where 2 or 3 are gathered, HE is in the midst. we dont need the masses to cover our asses. :) (he didnt say that last part hehe)

Religion uses the same story (scam) in every country across the world, so that gets my vote. Even politicians use religion to get elected.

Religion is probably the biggest scam in history - getting people to fork over their hard-earned cash to some "magic being" who promises you something great after you die (for which there is not a shred of proof)...

Polititians are full of it - but they occasionally get SOMETHING done...

Education is NOT a scam, but it is now dumbed down to such a point that an illiterate moron WILL graduate - ALL because of Dubya and his "no kid left behind" bullcrap!!!

Religion because it is not factual. A scam implies obtaining ends using untruthful means.

false religion, especially christedom. It is mostly responsible for teaching morality but has not done any of the kind,
you have to read the bible yourself and make sure what you are being taught is in harmony with the principles there. don't let the priest do it for you for if their motives are wrong or they are misled themselves you will be misled yourself.

Considering the cost of a college education these days, education.

And the sick thing is that you need that shiny degree on paper to get anywhere in Western society these days. It doesn't matter how talented or "self-educated" you are, or how experienced.

You just need that piece of paper certifying it. And it stratifies society, which is worrisome.

It's pretty sad that you included education with the other two.
