EVERYBODY is innocent until proven guilty - that is how the Legal System works...
If they DIDN'T do it - then there is NOTHING lost by considering this option. If they DID - then they are simply trying to hide from the truth ;););)

I would not support anyone that caused their child to go missing. And well they caused it 100%. If she was taken then they gave some one basically the key to their child. They handed their daughter to a sicko. If she was indeed kidnapped. The evidence is no longer looking that way however. Your first 3 things are just to many coincendences.
1. Motive...what is any parents motive.. it would more likely be accidental and not purposeful. It was purposeful putting her in a situation where she could have an accident because they were just plain thoughtless and stupid.
2. There was 2 hours before police were called. Alot can be done in 2 hours and it is possible their friends worked with them. Did you read the article..the quote from the friend that they all had a pact of silence. Lets not forget the friends were bad parents to and broke child neglect laws as well.
3. Again maybe it was an accident. Maybe it was done long before 10. Reports are she was last seen at 2:30 in the afternoon. And guess what parents snap all the time and kill their kids. A little to frequently I think.

Well, let me just say, I don't have a clue what happened and I am not picking sides. Sure there is no motive thats why I would take it to be an accident. A drug overdose if there was manslaughter involved. These two are doctors and would have drugs available and maybe wanted to make sure the kids wouldnt wake up and hurt themselves during the night while they were out for dinner. It was not neccessarily bloody murder, drug overdoses can cause vomiting of blood and the two parents would surely lose any medical credibility if anyone found out what happened as well as lose their other two children and face prison, there may not be motive for murder but if her parents caused accidental death there would be motive to hide what they had done.

Too many, unanswered questions. Why did the father admit to sedating the children that night? Of course they didn't want to be bothered while they ate and drank with their friends. And who were these friends???? Why did the blood traces show up in the rental car 25 days, after the child was missing? They probably weren't being watched that closely, so????? What if??? I'm not saying they killed her. but, something is not right. Maybe he overdosed her and they paniced. Like Jon Benet, we may never know.

I really don't have access to any of the evidence and neither do you.
Newspaper reports are full of innacuracies.
I don't think it's fair in any way shape or form how this case has been reported.
Many other children have gone missing, and their parents want them back, but I don't see any publicity for them.
The fundraising and poster campaigns make me sick.
I do not want to comment on the McCanns personally, but surely another family leaving their child unattended would have had some form of charges to face, eg child neglect or endangerment?

Everybody wants to have them punished for the fact they left the children alone in the first place. If they are innocent in her disappearance, they are being punished plenty with the guilt this would not have happened if they had not left them unsupervised. The tragedy they must be going through! My prayers are with them in this struggle. How many of us have left a child for a brief period of time and nothing happened; but there still is that small percentage when something does. Let's hope all parents learn from this!

I have seen too much drama involving " innocent" parents and child disappearance or death that in this case I am just waiting for something solid to surface. I think it is a tragic situation but what parent leaves children in a hotel in the middle of the night and leaves to have dinner???!!! What if..
there could be a fire,
a child could wake up due to a nightmare and cry,
( of course parents in this case made sure the kids were sedated)- another argument here I hate to bring against parents.

I didn't read your long list.
they left three toddlers drugged and alone and went off a few buildings, not rooms, away to party with their friends.
These two are not ignorant or uneducated. they clearly knew better.
So it was no mere momentary lack of judgment. They had hours to rethink their decision.
All that added together and their demeanor since they claim she was taken has raised a lot of red flags.
I say let the flags fly, until there is proof of what happened to Madeline.

What kind of horrible parents leave a three year old and two two year olds alone at night in a hotel room in a strange city? The kind who deserve something awful to happen. But my theory is the father accidentally killed the kid by administering too much sedative, and they panicked.

I hope the case is thrown out for murder. But they should be charged with child neglect. They left a 4(?) year old alone at home to go out and eat.
