if its a 6 cylinder swap the motor but i assume its an lt1 if it is do h/c/i which is heads cam intake and slap nitrous on it also take out those weak gear in the rear for 373 or 410

add a performance chip to the computer that will give it some real good kick, any performance shop should have these ,and they come in different stages also,stage -1 is a little above stock,stage -2 is real good for street ,and stage 3 -is totally all for performance and speed,not much gas mileage but it will run good,good luck with it.
