Depends on your location. Could be 7, 8, 9 or even 10. Some Subways have breakfast too.

Well, the Subways in my city all open in different times. The ones downtown open at 8am. The one near my old school opens at 9am, and the other ones normally open at 10am. So it all depends what city you live in, what subway you want to go to and so on. :)

I am sure it depends on where you live, our opens around 7:30 and closes about 9:00 - but if you really need to know for certain.
Call the one that you use and ask them.

I would think it would depend entirely on the restaurant. Use the Yellow Pages to look them up and call. If they are closed, they may have a message with the hours.
