is it the opposite of a black hole? does it spit out matter since black holes suck in matter? do they even exist?

they are mathematically possible, and also a great example of why science is slightly different than math. some scientists once thought that white holes did indeed spew out all of the matter that was sucked up by a black hole into another unvierse, and that they were connected by a wormhole.

now we know this isnt the case because even thought its mathematically feasible, its scientifically impossible. it violates the second law of thermo dynamics.

white dwarf
The hot, dense core of a once-normal star like the Sun. At the end of such a star's life, it can no longer produce the nuclear-fusion reactions that power it. Its outer layers drift away into space, while its core collapses into a ball that is as about as massive as the Sun but no bigger than Earth. This is the fate of stars that do not exceed about four to eight times the mass of the Sun. The Sun will reach this stage in several billion years. A white dwarf spins rapidly, is extremely hot, and may generate a strong magnetic fields.

possibility of their existence, but none
have been found.
