That game is called Pop n' Music. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pop%27n_Music
It seems it's only available in Japan, but there are home versions it seems. The Wikipedia article is a bit ambiguous.
However, my girlfriend said she played it in a Moberly, Missouri bowling alley/arcade. It was in Japanese though, so it doesn't seem to be available in the US without importing.

if im right its called Para Para Paradise and i think you would have to import it from japan...
