I just looked at Yahoo Finance and don't see any way to use the site to sell anything. Therefore, my guess is NO.

Are you selling a car or something? Or is the person in the UK selling a car for some super cheap price?
And is the deal that you put money in escrow and when the car gets to you ....
Hope you haven't sent any money yet. It's a scam. Run away from anyone overseas wanting to buy or sell something at a price too good to be true.
