Honestly. You're going to hate me for this one, but...

Timing. To elaborate:

--Doesn't it strike you as *Highly ODD* that this happened while the president was away on a photo-op in a school full of kids?

--Doesn't it strike you as *Highly ODD* that the Patriot Act, all *700 Plus Pages* of it was ready to submit to Congress, as a final draft, the very *next* day?

--Doesn't it strike you as *Highly ODD* that a LOT of Saudi Nationals, including Bin Laden family members, were *allowed* to fly out during the *whole week* when NOBODY ELSE, not even Emergency Rescue workers, was allowed to? If the Bin Ladens are "innocent" as some claim, why did they have to go, and why were they *allowed* to leave when NO ONE ELSE was?

--Doesn't it strike you as *Highly ODD* that 9-11 itself happened shortly after Wall Street had rallied, in part because Consumer Confidence *Refused* to be shaken by the *Bubble* talk that Bush and Big Oil and Halliburton had previously put out there about the New Economy--that at the time was making *ordinary, non-Big-Oil Americans wealthy*?

--Doesn't it strike you as *Highly ODD* that an ex-CEO of Halliburton Inc. would get elected as Vice President under unusual circumstances in 2000, and then, lo and behold, the *family name* of the Mastermind behind the 9-11 attacks ends up being *Identical* to the family name of the head of Bin Laden Construction, a *major* Halliburton business partner in Saudi Arabia. Could it be because Bin Laden Construction was *FOUNDED* by Osama's own father? Could it be that Dick Cheney and the Head Bin Laden were *fairly close* business partners prior to the 2000 election?

The _Wall Street Journal_, that lefty rag that it is, dared to say as much in some of its September and October 2000 articles about G.W. Bush and Dick Cheney. So did _Business Week_ magazine, several times, in the run-up to the 2000 election.

--Doesn't it strike you as *Highly ODD* that *all* of these so-called facts you cite in your Details above, became available within *weeks* of 9-11, and that your so-called "demolitions theory" has been around since a month or two *after* 9-11 itself? This is a really *OLD* conspiracy theory that hit the ground *running* right after, that is RIGHT AWAY AFTER the incident occurred.

Don't you think the timing of that is a little *convenient* considering how sensitive the issue was and is, and considering that for nearly a year afterwards, people really were "united" in surpressing dissenting opinions and in generally naysaying *everything else but* that Official Story?

What you are espousing is nothing more nor less than a Decoy Theory. Simply put, the whole thing is a collection of loose ends and red herrings designed to make folks like *you and I* look really stupid. It is a Decoy Theory designed to *discredit opposition by association*. It is engineered, after the Reagan-disinformation manner, to attract those people who believe in shadowy "movers and shakers" even if the Theory ends up being implicitly Anti-Jewish in its implications....that and anti-NATO as well. It is made to draw people in, who think "It has to be complicated."

No, no it doesn't. Some of the worst conspiracies are in fact *Bone Simple* and can be summed up as simply as Occam's Razor itself.

Adolf Hitler was a madman, for example, but in truth, he was also a charismatic enough *presence* to exploit the despair and madness of his people. This explains some 90% of what happened with Germany prior to and during World War II.

And likewise. In 2000, 2001, the United States of America had an Economy going on that was on the verge of being *impossible* for Big Oil and Big Banking to control. People were talking about the "End of History" and taking it seriously, because it really looked like that Old Big Money was losing its power--the power to keep ordinary people from wealth.

So....Big Money, and in particular Big Oil, did something about it. They rigged an election by tampering with key states, Florida in particular, and got their boys elected. Bush started talking "Bubble". That convinced the CEOs but didn't scare the Ordinary People. And make no mistake, Big Oil *insisted on* Fear for Ordinary People.

So, in a moment of desperation, Bush tells Cheney, "Call your buddies in Saudi....you know. Them. I *don't wanna know* about the rest until it happens. This is gonna be like Iran-Contra was....only this time, *I'm* Reagan, and *you* do the work."

And so Dick Cheney, ex-CEO of Halliburton and former *close business associate* of the Bin Laden family and their construction firm....makes the call. He hits the number on his speed-dial, and maybe he didn't know *what* he was asking for, ok....

But he sure as hell *called in a favor*, didn't he?

See. It's simple, once you know the relevant details. It's simple once you realize that there's a de facto Bin Laden on the inside, and he's the Vice President.

Everything else....is just elaboration and nonsense, designed to make dissenters look like kooks, like those "evil lie-berals" the Trolls here *love so much*. And the sad part of it is, so far it's worked.

There was so much media coverage and eyewitness accounting that I find it difficult to understand what you mean by "suspicious". That a well planned group of murderers hijacked 4 planes in the same morning?
What's so hard to see there? Remember that pre 9/11 security was relatively lax compared to now.
"Air defense response"? The U.S. military is not now and never was in the habit of tracking and shooting down commercial air traffic. Unlike the Soviets I guess. The fact is, they didn't know what the planes were going to do before they did it. Would you have them randomly shooting down civilian aircraft?
Insider trading. That's a good one.
FBI/CIA cover ups? When. Before or after the hijackings. For what reason?
The science behind the building collapses is fully understood. Nobody does nor should they have to build a building that can take a direct hit from a huge jetliner simply because it is not the sort of thing that happens by accident. How they collapsed is perfectly understandable and no conspiracy theory applies and no lack of engineering judgment has been found. It's not a normal situation.

The demolition-like collapse was due to the actual construction of the WTC towers. It DID resemble such a implosion, but dear sir, it was not.

I do strongly believe that the Americans could have done better in protecting their country.

And you should also know, that Americans did NOT plot this themselves, but only refused to imagine that it could ever happen.

Exactly one month previous to the terrorist attack on New York, the White House recieved intellegence from special operatives stating:
"Resourses here have show high swayings towards a possible attack on US ground within the immediate year...ect"

It was our government's fault to ignore such information. And it was their fault also to not at least be more prepared for something so tragic.

To think, we were naive enough to believe that no one would ever attack our land. A pity.

With recognize on your foolish features: It was once ridiculously convenient to hijack an aircraft till our defense was once extended after nine/eleven. Four hijackings by means of Al Qaida participants beneath tho ancient lax defense will have to no longer have amazed anybody. You could no longer anticipate an air safeguard reaction for civilian airliners which have been hijacked. What are you going to do shoot them down? Get truly. Are you pronouncing that constructing 7 was once bombed? What proof do you will have for that? I always thought it strange that the media never talked much about the plane that crashed into the pentagon. The one that crashed into an open field in the hills of Pennsylvania got all kinds of attention. I don't know what that means but it always caused a little suspicion in me.

Bush just sat there.

I've been suspicious of the official story since day 1. It never looked right the way that Bush just sat there.

Bush just sat there in that classroom surrounded by innocent children. It looked like he was trying to hide his guilt behind their innocence.

He could have excused himself to do his job without frightening the kids, but Bush just sat there.

Why would he just sit there? Andy Card came in and said "AMERICA IS UNDER ATTACK". Bush just sat there.

The Secret Service let Bush just sit there endangering all those kids while we were all led to believe that terrorists were out to run a plane into him.

Then I saw the towers fall straight down just like a building demolition. I remembered what we learned in science class. "Towers don't fall down, they fall over".
