= 2 / (x + 1) + 1 / 3 = - 1 / (x + 1) if x is not equal to -1 then
6 + (x + 1) = - 3
x + 7 = - 3
x = - 10

2 / (x + 1) + 1 / 3 = - 1 / (x + 1)
6 + (x + 1) = - 3
x + 7 = - 3
x = - 10
