4) same as 1 and 2
5) the two between the 6 and the 9

I am assuming these are the numerical parts of measurements, that is there is some unit of measure that can go with each number.

The zeroes at the end of a whole number are not significant or the zeroes at the beginning of a pure decimal are not significant
Examples:
whole numbers:
521000, last 3 0's not significant
5000100, last 2 are not, between 5 & 1 are

pure decimals (0 is only digit in front of the decimal)
0.000023, none of these zeros are significant
0.0054000, leading zeroes are not significant, the last 3 are

mixed decimals (none zero digit in front of decimal), all digits are significant
2.30000, all are significant

every zero u write is significant, coz in their left still there is/are other number/s.

So, the key is "look their left". If their left is other number, it's significant. If their left is another zero AND no other number till the left edge, that zero and all zero on its left is not significant.
