They are not exactly deflated, but stretched out of shape.
1] wear a supportive bra, especially when exercising
2] maintain normal weight
3] wear the correct size bra, especially when pregnant or breastfeeding.
My sister who started out a 'B' cup, and had eight kids, is all out of shape.
Me, my Mom, and another sis who started as 'A' cups,
anf had two to five kids, aren't saggy at all!

You can try to maintain hormone level and have enough nutritions. Defficiency of good hormones and nutritons causes breasts to shrink or sag.
1. Hormone levels - estrogen and progesterone levels decide your feminine type, health and shapes. Take more phyto-esttrogen and phyto-progesterone veges such as flax, nuts, yams and berries.
2. Essential fatty acids - you may need to eat some veges with lots of oil contents. Cook with water. When you eat green salad or potato salad, add salad oil such as flax seed oil, grapeseed oil or corn oil etc.
Finally, you can balance mind with healthy exercises and healthy sex. Massage, touching help alot too. All these are notjust for fun, but actually for better health and better shape.

do you mean deflated? because boobs aren't filled with air, you know...and if you lose weight, you lose some of the fat in your boobs too if you lose enough. and when you have kids and you breast feed, your boobs will get smaller...until you stop breast feeding, then they swell up. but then they don't feel so good.

Your breasts are going to shrink if you are trying to lose weight. Maybe not a lot, but it's pretty much unavoidable. Breasts are all fat, and when you work out, you burn fat ALL throughout your body. Sucks, I know, but that's just how it is unfortunately.
