How the developed countries could help under developed countries?

First, to be PC (Politically Correct) you must call them "developing" countries. "under developed" is a no no.

Aid is a good way. This aid should not be in the form of cash grants but in the form of technology, education, favourable terms of trade help developing infrastructure, help in education; things that the nation can use to start its own development and keep growing.
