Try Mr. Clean's Magic Eraser. It took a little elbow grease but its still the best cure I've found for marker.
Good luck!

take advantage of molecular polarity. Yes, that's right. The chemicals in Sharpie markers are very non-polar, where as, anything water based is Very polar because it is a bent molecule with two hydrogens. Acetone, on the other hand, is also very non-polar, like sharpie. So what will happen? I think you will be amazed when you try it. After you have your acetone, either pour a little on the surface or lightly rub the marker with a paper towel soaked in acetone. In fact, you should not even need to rub really. It should run off like water. That's about it. This is a very simple and neat little trick that some people are not aware of. Just be aware that some plastics may dissolve in acetone. And don't try to put acetone in a styrofoam cup... unless you want to see a styrofoam cup dissolve in a matter of seconds. Which is actually pretty cool in it's own regards!

We have always just used good old fashion rubbing alcohol to remove Sharpie marks off any hard surface. Just put some on a piece of gauze or cloth and rub. Comes right off and not as caustic as polish remover, which will also work.

Fingernail polish remover will do it, but make sure you dont get it to wet. Any liquid gets in the keys it will ruin the piano.

Wipe over the key with methylated spirits...
If this doesn't work then I would contact a piano restorer to ask them...
Hope this helps,
