There are 4 'named' phases of the moon: new moon, 1st quarter, full moon, 3rd quarter.
A full cycle takes 28 days, so the 'phases' are 4/28 days from each other.
So if the full moon is the 2rd phase (lets say on day 14) then the 3rd phase (third quarter) is on day 21.
Not really that tricky if you think about the question.

Should not be tricky.

Full moon is 14 days after new moon.

1st quarter is 7 days after new

3rd quarter is 21 days after new moon, or 7 days after full.

Answer is 7 days after full moon.

Not rocket science, mate. I should take up art as a major if I were you.
