I got into a car accident 2 months ago, and since then I've had a lot of breathing and chest problems. Also back problems but I'm not sure if that is involved. Anyways, a while ago, I was wheezing really bad, and my chest was really hurting. After a while, that went away, now, I'm starting to have trouble with breathing altogether. I'm starting to get really short of breath, and it feels like I can't breathe in all the way, and when I yawn, it also feels like I'm not yawning all the way. I tend to let out a really deep breath every little while or so, like I have been holding my breath. But the thing is, I don't mean to hold my breath if thats whats happening. A little help? Its really starting to interfer with my school sports and I don't know if I'll be able to continue on excercising and staying active if this keeps happening, thanks!

So, I went to the doctor, and got a chest x-ray, but apparently, everything is fine with me. I still have the same problems but I'm completley healthy according to the doctor. I don't know what to say. She just said to take an easy so I guess thats what I'll do...

You should be examined by a doctor. This sounds rather serious. Anytime you have breathing problems you really dont want to sit and second guess yourself. The fact that you had some trauma recently is a big red flag.
If it were me, I would go to the ER and not leave until they do a chest X-ray. It is very common after a car accident to feel 'okay' ....then later realize something is wrong.
It could be anything from catching a cold to a punctured lung. You could have fluid in there causing your lung to not expand properly when you breath. A doctor will know from a simple chest X-ray. You need go get it checked out.

You need to see a doctor.
You could have an infection, or have developed asthma.
Either one should be treated promptly. Many people with asthma participate in all kinds of sports.
