Credit card with free currency exchange?

Is there any credit card out there that I can use it in another country without paying the currency exchange fee?

Well most are 3% ,
But I think capitol 1 is just 1% .

Free ? , I'm still looking for that one .

Credit card companies made most monies out of foreign currency exchanges so I don't think there's any out there that offers free services such as this.
