Statistically speaking it is usually the candidate who has and spends the most money. However, the war will play a big factor in this election as well as the low approval rating of George Bush and the Republican scandals of late do not help Republicans any. So my guess would be, the Democrat who comes up with the most money to spend on his/her campaign.

it might count extra in case you have been appearing a survey for college. Oh, and the two Dick Cheney or Tom Tancredo... purely to stress the Left bonkers. Oh, and Ron Paul is a nutball, and his supporters are rabid nutballs.

If I were a literalist, I'd say the answer is the candidate with the most votes in electoral college.

Or, as mathematicians say, "There exists a solution (but I'm not going to say who)"

In the past, statistically, the candidates that spent the most money, usually won the election.

This time, I believe it's a whole different ballgame.
The Ron Paul Political Revolution is sweeping the campuses, high-schools, dis-in chanted public, un-decided voters, many retired veterans, & others who have a good understanding of the Constitution & are tired of "Politics as Usual"!

Ron Paul!!!

Thank you.
