I have a Sempron 3000+ 2,0Ghz and an EVGAFX5500 AGP. I want a video card upgrade. I also know that my processor is very slow. What would be the best video card out there that I am not going to waste my money because of the bottlenecking of the CPU and the video card? help pls. I don't have a budget yet but not a budget to upgrade to a PCI-E.
