Everyone matures at a different age. Some women don't get their periods until they're 16. It can happen as early as 9, and as late as 18. But don't worry. You'll start when your time comes.

If you've already stared to develop breasts, grow pubic hair, etc, you may be starting puberty, and your period may be on it's way.

Don't worry. You're normal. You just have matured slower than others.

Your hormone level isn't high enough yet but don't despair - you'll get it soon enough. It's been proven that those who begin their periods later actually have a lower rate of some women's cancers so you actually have something working for you here!
The first signs you are getting ready will be when hair appears on your legs and underarms and your period will soon follow - not to worry - you are not abnormal.

because everybody gets it at a different age. You might get it as late as 15 years old - maybe even later! The age your mom got her first period is a good indicator for the age you'll be when you get it.

I got mine at 14, and that was totally fine. Don't worry about it yet.

Please don't worry about it. I didn't get my period until I was 14. My younger sister got hers at 15. If you get to 16 and haven't gotten it, then you should worry.

I didnt initiate my era till i grew to become into 14. Dont hassle approximately it. You cant make it initiate any till now. in simple terms enable each little thing happen needless to say. Thats the final element. you at the instant are not twisted up in any way, and that i guess you something that once you get it, you wont want it. Haha i be attentive to thats how me and my pals felt. everyone seems to be diverse whilst they initiate their era. Normal starting age is "14", not "12". Early maturity is not healthy. When you grow fast, you die earlier too.
