If you mean the five animal *classes* of the phylum Chordata (animals with backbones), then they are Mammalia (mammals), Pisces (fish), Aves (birds), Reptilia (reptiles), and Amphibae (amphibians). There are more, though, but these are the most widely-known.
If you mean the five kingdoms of living things, then they are Animalia (animals), Protista (protists like amoebas), Fungi, Plantae (plants), and Bacteria. There is another more recently discovered one, though, called Archaea, which is the ancient bacteria found deep in the earth within rocks.

There's no such thing as 5 animal kingdoms.
There are 5 kingdoms of LIVING THINGS (some scientists say there are 6):
animals
plants
fungi
protists
monera (sometimes divided into archaebacteria and eubacteria)
Kingdoms are the broadest level of classification, and are broken down further into
-phylum
-class
-order
-family
-genus
-species
