Depending where on Michigan Avenue you have to go you might want to think about taking Wacker Drive. If you are going past 400 N Michigan than take Madison to Wacker and go North (Wacker curves) and when you see the Wrigley Building you will be at Michigan Avenue..

Exit at Madison and walk east until you reach Michigan Ave. It is about a mile walk.

Walk on washington going west and the train station is in the Citi bank building. (right past the river).
