I like a player that can not only talk trash with his friends (he and Ray Lewis are great friends off the field) on the field but back it up and produce for his team to win the game.
He is not liked because he is arrogant and cocky, like Deion Sanders, Randy Moss, TO. However, "85" backs up his promises.
His celebration was not spectacular, but he was a team player in the sense he did it on the sideline to not get a penalty against him and his team. What's the big deal about the celebrations? When Billy "White Shoes" Johnson made it popular playing for the Houston Oilers, everyone thought it was a refreshing change to the stuffy NFL. now folks want to do away with it? Look at the yards & sandlots today, and you'll see kids emulating the celebrations and making up their own. Drop it and let's watch the games!

The jacket was a prop, and the celebration still sucked.
If he's going to get fined anyway, he might as well do it up right, and I hope he will when he scores against Cleveland.
I like Chad, because he's all about having fun and entertaining the fans.

I've grown up watching the Bengals and being a Bengals fan, and I thought it was anticlimactic. All the promises he made about a big celebration and the only thing he did was put on a jacket with future hall of famer on it.

i thought it was funny, just like the rest of his celebrations. He is about entertaining people. He isn't a look-at-me guy. He is a look-at-me guy AND laugh or have a good time. He didn't do the 'chicken dance' and race a race horse to gain attention. Chad Johnson is about having fun and if you don't think so, then you are too much of a red @ZZ it get it!!!!

I think his celebrations are funny. The "Future Hall of Famer" jacket was tacky but funny. There should be comic relief in such a dangerous but entertaining sport. Chad is an arrogant moron at times but is funny!

His celebration did suck, but at least he does something no other player seems to want to do, and that is having fun, and seeing the fans have fun. I'm not a Bengals fan, but Chad Johnson is one of my favorite players because he has fun while being a top-caliber player.
