Nope.
Its really a marine application bilge fan. You can pick one up at a boat supply store for about $20. It will not improve hp, but will actually cause a restriction in your intake, causing a loss of hp.
Turbos and superchargers get hot. That's why all legit blowers are not plastic.
Save your money.

That thing is nothing more than an old heater fan blower...do NOT waste your money on a gizmo like this, it's a total ripoff. Snaky people put together things like this for a few dollars, slap the word "supercharger" and "electric" on it so you think it's powerful yet simple and write a big story about some partially true engineering concepts and Mr. Public usually swallows it and buys it, only to find out it doesn't work and is too hard to get their money back. Read up on what a true supercharger does and how it creates boost pressures and PSI and the engineering involved and you'll understand the physics of it a lot better.
Probably comes with a free box of mothballs, gas line magnets and acetone for a limited time so please hurry.

No, they're not any good. It takes a considerable amount of power to run a supercharger at any pressure that would be useful. The electric supercharger is way too wimpy.
