Wash your face after waking up, exercise and before going to bed, exercise 3-4 times a week, drink 8 glasses of water daily, eat lots of fruits and vegetables, cut back on simple carbs (white bread, rice all that stuff, unless it is whole wheat, candy). I also recommend getting a prescription from you Doctor, if you have insurence or whatever it does not cost much. And wear your hair up when you go to bed...shower daily...um...I think that's all I can think of now :) And remember, don't touch your face!!! And DO NOT PICK AT THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Be consistant in what ever system you choose. Proactive is good. Obagi is good. If it is really bad though, you may want to see a dermatologist.

Use red apple cider vinegar as a face wash. Keep face washed and avoid putting your hands on your face.
