I know that Tom Flores took over the Raiders when Madden left. But who was the 1st latino working in the NFL?

I need to find out who was the first to work with the NFL as a coach other then Tom Flores. What team was he on and when this was...

What I want to find out is if there was anyone else before Tom Flores... Any position... Not just head coach. If any other team had any Latin-American/Hispanic working with them. Working with a team, a ref, a stadium... man at this point a water boy. Just someone other then Tom Flores...

Do you mean as an Assistant Coach, because Flores was tirst Latin-American head coach in the NFL.

I found nothing....except for a handfull of players like Jim Plunkett, who does some announcing for the Raiders...Joe Kapp, an executive in the Canadian FL,and of course you have Anthony Munoz and Jeff Garcia as players,plus George Mira---but I found nothing as far as execs, workers, etc.
Even SAP broadcasts are slim.

Flores, was the first head coach. if there were more, at the assistant level, I couldn't find them.
