Is an AMINO GROUP of an organic compound polar & water soluble? What about for a sulfhydryl group of an organic compound?

Aminos have nitrogen with a lone pair in them. They're generally polar and water-solubly. Sulfhydryl is -SH, and yes, it is also polar and water-soluble.
