The drop of water could act as a lens like a magnifying glasss and increase the concentration of light on an area of the lamp to possibly make it shine. good luck.

a) That beautiful drop of water is catching the starlight from the 'red star' Mars, the male of the female Venus, and it's showing you how brightly my love for you shines!

b) Simple reflection or refraction of light.

( I don't know you, but I like (b) better! )
